Join us for an intimate evening of songs, stories, and the inspiration behind the music as Delco Listening Room inside Stitch & Sound Studio welcomes Pacific Northwest singer-songwriter Carl Wirkkala.

Carl is a gifted storyteller whose original music brings to life the people and places of the Pacific Northwest — ghost towns, logging camps, trains, lonesome drifters, hard work, hope, and the stories that stay with us.

With a sound influenced by legendary songwriters like Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Bob Dylan, and Townes Van Zandt, Carl has spent more than two decades writing and performing music rooted in authentic storytelling.

But Behind the Music is more than a concert.

It’s a chance to hear the stories behind the songs — where they came from, what inspired them, and the life experiences that shaped them — in the intimate listening-room setting they were meant for.
